Reiki is a Japanese word that means universal life force (Rei: Universal Life Force, Ki Energy). Reiki restores the energetic balance and sets an environment for wellness on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Class Info: During Reiki, you will learn the history of Reiki and receive the Reiki I & II attunement - the attunement opens you up to your intuitive gifts, many times its the gateway or next step on your spiritual journey. During Reiki II you will learn sacred symbols that take your Reiki sessions to the next level. These symbols help strengthen mental and emotional healing and teach distance healing. You gain deeper understanding of the energy and the confidence to utilize that knowledge to help others.
You will also learn how to use your intuition, while working with a partner or client - to quickly find areas that require special attention. Techniques for keeping your chakras balanced and your space clear are also discussed. I train you so you feel confident practicing Reiki right away! You do not need any Energy Healing Experience to join this class. Reiki Certificate given for each Reiki level.
Bring a sack lunch or snack with you, we will eat in together.

Introduction to Crystals
Sun June 11; 1:30-3:30
$40
During this class we will cover the quartz family: Clear quartz, Rose Quartz, Smokey Quartz, Amethyst, and Citrine. The mineralogy/geology of each stone will be discussed as well as the metaphysical properties and healing qualities of each stone. Everyone in attendance will receive a quartz to take home. These and other stones will be available for purchase after class. Class size is limited to 15. Please PREPAY to RSVP.
